Payment and Prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summarized at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

Klarna Checkout

Klarna Checkout makes online shopping easy, flexible, and secure. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and choose the payment method that suits you best. One advantage of Klarna Checkout is that we separate purchase and payment. First, you confirm your purchase and then choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account – or with card or bank transfer. Everything is equally secure.
Payment terms are also stated at checkout under each payment option.

Deliveries and Returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

Standard DHL/PostNord

Free shipping within Sweden for purchases over SEK 1000 incl. VAT. Otherwise from SEK 99. Delivery within 30 days to the nearest pickup point.

International Delivery

Country-based pricing for delivery outside Sweden. Delivery within 30 days to the nearest pickup point. Free delivery outside Sweden for purchases over SEK 1500.

Delivery terms are also stated at checkout under each delivery option. Unless otherwise stated, a delivery time of 30 days applies. If an item has a different delivery time, this will be stated on the product page. If delivery delays occur, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example if our supplier or carrier cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to customers regarding delivery delays.

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly packed. In the case of exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

If you choose to send the package back yourself, it must be sent directly to us and not to a pickup point, as returns ending up at pickup points cannot be processed.

30-Day Open Purchase and Exchange Policy

We want you to feel completely safe shopping with us. Therefore, we offer a 30-day open purchase and exchange policy from the day you receive your order. You may therefore return or exchange an item if you change your mind, provided that the product is in good condition and in its original packaging.

It is important that the item is returned in essentially unchanged condition. Clothing may of course be tried on – just like in a store – but not used or washed. Electronics, accessories, and sealed products must not be used or activated in the event of a canceled purchase, and any seals must remain unbroken. If the item has been handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its properties or function, we have the right to make a deduction for depreciation when issuing a refund.

For exchanges or returns, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. The package must be sent directly to our return address, not to a pickup point. We recommend that you contact us before returning anything – this way we can guide you to the easiest and cheapest way to complete the return.
Please note that if you return parts of an order and the remaining order value after the return falls below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost will apply. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Free shipping only applies when the final order value – after any returns – meets the conditions for free delivery.

Exceptions apply to special-order products or items customized according to the customer’s wishes. These are not covered by the open purchase or exchange policy.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days from the day we received the item. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost when returning the item.

Unclaimed Packages

We reserve the right to charge the costs incurred for handling unclaimed or refused packages (return shipping, administrative costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 199 if a package is not collected. The shipment remains at the postal agent for 7 days before being returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and wish to return the item, you must first collect the package and then return it. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Privacy Policy

When placing your order with us, you need to provide certain personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. You also agree that we may contact you via email and SMS regarding your order and send offers via email and SMS from us and our partners. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, please contact us by email.
